Yes, you can cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request changes. Once the order is shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible, and our return policy will apply.

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier availability.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the item. The product should be returned in its original packaging and condition. Once verified, we will process a refund or replacement.

Our return policy allows you to return products that are defective or not as described, within 3 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition. If the return request is declined, the product will be sent back to you.

Phonelink is an online marketplace. The products are sold and fulfilled by third-party sellers. We act as a facilitator between buyers and sellers but are not a direct party to the sales contract.

In the event of a typographical error, incorrect product listing, or pricing issue, Phonelink reserves the right to cancel the order. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
