5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order on the platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Final acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched. Phonelink and the seller reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other valid reasons. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be initiated.
6. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times are mentioned with each product but are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Phonelink is not responsible for such delays.
7. Returns & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are governed by Phonelink’s Returns Policy. Products must meet the return criteria to qualify for exchange or refund. If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer within the specified timeframe.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh.
